- Q: What forms of payments do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal payments. We also currently accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express through PayPal.
- Q: How are my items shipped?
A: All orders are processed within one to two business days and is shipped by USPS Ground. Please allow 5-7 business days for package to arrive. We do not ship on weekends so orders placed on Friday will be shipped out Monday morning. If you like to have faster shipping, additional fees will apply. All shipments in the US will be a flat $6.00, shipments to Canada and Mexico will be $11.00 and all other international shipments will be $13.00.
- Q: Are the shipping dates different during holidays?
A: As we use USPS for shipping, please place orders 3-5 days in advance from original order date to allow adequate shipping delivery. All other terms and conditions follow regular shipping rules.
- Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return or exchange your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by the original method of payment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused and in original packaging.
